1. Our Role and Responsibilities

SAQI HEALTH NAVIGATION is an independent healthcare information and patient assistance service. We are not a hospital, medical institution, diagnostic centre, healthcare provider or medical advisory organisation.

Our primary objective is to assist our registered members in finding suitable healthcare facilities and related services by providing information obtained from publicly available online sources and other accessible service information.

We do not provide medical consultations, diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, medical opinions or professional medical advice.

2. Services We Assist With

SAQI HEALTH NAVIGATION helps its members with:

• Doctor appointments: Providing information about doctors, specialists and hospitals and assisting with appointment bookings, subject to availability.
• Diagnostic appointments: Helping members locate diagnostic centres and schedule tests as prescribed or advised by their treating doctors.
• Transportation: Assisting with arranging local transportation and travel facilities based on availability and applicable charges.
• Accommodation: Helping members identify suitable hotels, guesthouses or other accommodation according to their preferences and budget.
• Food arrangements: Providing information and assistance in locating suitable food and meal services according to members' requirements and available prices.
• Cost information: Sharing available information regarding service charges, accommodation rates, transportation costs and other related expenses.

All information is provided for general assistance purposes only. Prices, appointments, facilities and availability are subject to confirmation by the respective service providers.

3. Financial Responsibility and Payments

All payments and expenses are the sole responsibility of the member, patient or their authorised attendant. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Doctor consultation and hospital charges.
• Diagnostic tests, treatment, medicines and medical procedures.
• Transportation, travel and related expenses.
• Food, accommodation and other personal expenses.
• Any additional or unforeseen charges incurred during the patient's journey.

SAQI HEALTH NAVIGATION shall not bear, reimburse, guarantee or assume financial responsibility for such expenses, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

All payments to doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centres and other service providers must be made directly by the patient, member or their authorised attendant, unless a separate arrangement is expressly agreed in writing.

4. Medical Decisions and Responsibility

All medical decisions, including the selection of treatment, diagnostic procedures, medication and healthcare providers, remain entirely with the patient and their qualified treating medical professionals.

SAQI HEALTH NAVIGATION does not recommend, prescribe, approve or guarantee any particular medical treatment or outcome. Information obtained from online or third-party sources is shared solely for the convenience of members and should be independently verified with the respective healthcare provider.

Doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centres, transportation providers, accommodation facilities and food suppliers operate independently of SAQI HEALTH NAVIGATION.

We do not control or guarantee their service quality, pricing, availability, professional conduct or outcomes. SAQI HEALTH NAVIGATION acts as an information and coordination facilitator and does not assume responsibility for the professional services or contractual obligations of independent third-party providers, subject to applicable law.

By using SAQI HEALTH NAVIGATION services, members acknowledge that they understand the informational and coordination-only nature of our services, accept responsibility for their own medical decisions and third-party expenses, and understand that emergency medical assistance must be obtained directly from appropriate emergency healthcare providers.
